Created during a period of stillness and reflection, THE BODY INSIDE ME is a dance film that explores the connection between the landscapes around us and within us, using movement, nature, and field recordings from the Vermont wilderness to investigate how the body can expand beyond itself and return transformed. Directed and performed by Julia Eichten, with an original soundscape by Post Future built from field recordings gathered on location, the film blurs the boundaries between body, environment, and memory.
